If you’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at noca (32nd St. and Camelback), and you were lucky enough to eat at Sea Saw when it was open, you’ll be thrilled with noca’s newest venture.
On July 30 and August 27, noca chef Chris Curtiss and Nobuo Fukada (formerly of Sea Saw/Food and Wine Best New Chef/James Beard Award winner) are teaming up for a special “Summer Series” of tasting menus, pairing amazing wine with their mouth-watering dishes.
The first night was held June 25 and featured a to-die-for crudo sampling featuring the freshest seafood and McClendon’s eye-popping produce (the farmer was so excited to be part of the series he reportedly donated the produce). Every bite was delectable, and we think it’s pretty cool that two amazing chefs are sharing the chopping block to bring our city some seriously good grub. (And owner Elliot Wexler gets a nod for having the best taste in background music for a restaurant!)
But back to the point: Test out the next night and you won’t be sorry….price points for July and August will fall between $50 and $70 per person. See you there!
